Pulau Ketam, Selangor.

it was a TASK for us to visit Pulau Ketam, because we need to observe the place and write a report for it..
luckily it is not about the SWOT analysis, if not i will vomit blood because i did the analysis countless times during diploma.. 4 members in a group.. again, 3 Sarawakians always in the same group =D but this time we have new member~~ wohhoo.. it was our pleasure to invite the Korean friend to add in our group..
before departure, we had our breakfast at Subway, KL Central.. the 6-inch sandwich only cost RM6.30 with free hot drinks.. unfortunately, i did not aware the terms & conditions, and my sandwich cost RM15++ TT it's okay.. i learn from mistake.. :) Cindy invited another 2 of her friends to join us and visit the island.. :D

we used the KTM Komuter train from KL Central to Port Klang, it cost RM4.3 for the each person, and the journey took around 1 hour..
finally we arrived at the Port Klang.. woohhoooo

tourist might need to be careful because the Port Klang has two jetty, one is heading to Pulau Ketam, another will be going to outside of Malaysia..

we bought the boat ticket, which cost only RM7 for each person..
it is known as the finest boat at the jetty as well, bcz it has aircorn in the boat..

our one way ticket..
pct in the coat.. hehe.. very comfortable and cooling in the boat.
finally reach~ the journey took almost 1 hour from the jetty to reach the Pulau Ketam..

there is a timetable for the boat at the island's jetty..
pct of them at the jetty.. :D
the weather is windy, and light rained some more..
the view from the jetty.. i smell fresh air!!! =D it was like my hometown smell..
KL is a city, the air is quite hazy and dry.. i miss the fresh air, and surprisingly i can have it at here..
the sand with lots of crabs..
that's the reason the island named as Crab Island.. so cute!!
the first thing i reach the jetty is find toilet bcz there is only 1 public toilet in the island..
it was just beside the jetty.. the facilities are very simple, tourists will not see any complicated infrastructure at the island..
we asked for some information about the entertainments that we can have from the only Tour Service at the island..
the MUST HAVE fried ice-cream!! it cost only RM2.50 for each..
very delicious and cheap!
selca wz fried ice-cream! :D
finally stopped raining..
we took a small walked into the village and look for the information we needed..
the residential house at the village, where the only mode of transportation is bicycle, that why the air can be so freshening.. the 'car-park' with bicycle parking at the slot but not a car.. so cute! :D
everywhere we walked at the compound, we saw this recycle bin!
the local residents are so environment conscious.. :)
we saw this messy place and have no idea what it's about..
the street.. =D
before lunch, we took this photo..
the restaurant that we took our lunch for the day..
there are too many restaurants at the island and hard to make decision..
at last we choose this as our choice..
the menu seems attractive for us!
the price range is acceptable as well..
vegetable, toufu, prawn and crab with rice cost only RM138 for 6 people..
except the lala, we ordered it from outside, which cost RM10 only!
after dinner, the water level increase and became higher than before.. :D
it was unlike the place we took pct jz now!
the souvenir shop which selling lots of local dried foods :)
pct wz the tourism kaki at the wooden bridge..
very in love with the simple lifestyle at there.. it was like the long house in Sarawak, there also built with the wood and seldom can see cement in the construction..
the gate are so cute~~~ :D
we visited the temple as well.. it is very beautiful, and the local people usually will organised some events occasionally at here..
pct of me and i love it so much! :)
very relax and enjoy this trip very much!
beautiful scenery.. :)
some of the bridge being transformed into cement form, because the number of tourists increase recent years..
nice trip at the island! away from hectic life is really wonderful and freshening.. :)
